What is Care Plus?
Care Plus is a unique way of practicing pharmacy. We assign each enrolled patient a personal Care Advocate. That is correct, you have a specific person specialized in your care. We solve problems that no one else can or will!
What are the benefits of Care Plus? >
Your personal Care Plus Advocate will work with you, your physician, and your insurance to ensure that you are able to take and pay for the medications that you are prescribed. We will work tirelessly to ensure that you receive your medications at the lowest possible cost. We will work to overcome all the obstacles that your insurance may throw our way. Prior authorizations and step therapy are examples of things that we will work to overcome, so that you can take the medications that are necessary for your health. We will look for special assistance programs that may be available above and beyond your personal insurance. If you are 65 or older then we will help you select the proper Med D plan for you. We will explain the benefits and advantages of traditional Medicare with a Supplement Plan versus Advantage Plans. We are truly your personal advocate and champion for your health. It does not stop there. We will reach out to you each month to see how you are doing and assist with any of your needs. Did I mention free delivery of your medications to your house? Also, we have a wide selection of over-the-counter (OTC) items such as aspirin, Tylenol, and even candy bars and drinks. We can deliver it all!
Who should enroll in our Pharmacy Care Plus Program? >
People that are on 5 or more medications are best suited for this program. You will benefit the most from this high-touch style pharmacy. Also, seniors will greatly benefit from this high-touch model. Again, we are your Medicare experts and can answer all your questions and ensure that you are able to get your medications affordable and delivered to your home if needed.
